“Even after endo excision surgery, my pain was an 11. Now it’s a 1.”
“When I met Dr. Hope, my pain was an 11 all the time. Now it’s a 1 most days, with little to no medication. I was skeptical. I found her on Instagram and thought, what can she tell me that I haven’t already been told or tried? A lot, it turns out. She doesn’t just check boxes. She makes sure you understand why you’re doing everything she suggests, and that changed how I think about my pain. Zero pain every day isn’t realistic for me. But now I control my pain. It doesn’t control me. That’s something money can’t buy. I’d recommend her 1,000 times over.”
Bianca, Charlotte, North Carolina
“Dr. Hope was the first provider to explain that my pain was a nervous system problem.”
“I had painful sex my entire life and had tried everything. My gynecologist referred me to Dr. Hope, and she was the first provider to explain that my pain was a nervous system problem. Once we treated my nervous system, I was able to insert a dilator without pain for the first time ever. I finally feel like a woman, and I’m living with a sexual confidence I’ve never had.”
Diane, New York, New York
“For the first time, I didn’t feel like I had to perform.”
“There was no pressure. I was able to just be. It didn’t have an end goal. I wasn’t doing it for a reason or trying to get to something. I was doing it because I wanted to. I felt free.”
Enola, Albany,
New York
“Last night was the first time we had pain-free sex.”
“We’ve been married four years, and I’ve had painful sex since before our wedding. Last night was the first time we had pain-free sex. Like, ZERO pain. Thank you so much!”
Jennifer, Houston, Texas

Your body learned to brace. REWIRE teaches it that it doesn’t have to, so sex stops hurting.
Couples coaching program for rebuilding closeness and desire through partnered coaching, where neither of you is doing this alone.
Most pelvic floor care goes straight to the muscle. Stretch it. Release it. Strengthen it. That works when the muscle is the root of the problem. For most women who come to us, it isn’t. Your nervous system controls your muscles. If it still believes penetration means pain, it keeps tightening no matter how well you do the exercises or how many dilators you try. You can’t out-exercise your nervous system. So we go to the root. Nervous system first, then pelvic floor work, then the confidence to actually enjoy sex. Same tools you’ve already tried, finally working, because your body has stopped bracing against them. 96% of the women who complete our program reach their primary goal. That’s why women who’ve spent years stuck start making progress here.
No, and that surprises most people. Internal work is something you do with your own body. A therapist’s hands can tell you what your pelvic floor is doing in that moment. They can’t retrain what your nervous system does the other 167 hours of the week. What changes your outcome is having a specialist who understands what’s actually happening, tells you exactly what to do, and adjusts it every week as your body changes.
REWIRE meets once weekly by video for 45 minutes and RECONNECT meets weekly for a full hour, plus an additional 15-minute call each week with Dr. Hope. Between sessions, you’ll practice 3 times a week, 30 to 45 minutes each.
Everything usually means creams, dilators, Kegels, maybe pelvic PT that went straight to the muscles. Those treat the muscle. None of them touch what’s telling the muscle to clench, which is your nervous system. That’s where we start. 96% of the women who complete our program reach their primary goal. If we don’t think we can help you, we will tell you who we think can.
